    User problem: Users were having trouble comprehending how multiple large payment sources would be combined.

    User problem: Pharmacists and technicians were slow to respond to prescription errors, at times lost in the approval/denial process.

    What solutions did I consider?

    Transaction Management

    Green Feather’s HIPAA compliant end-to-end multi-channel eCommerce solution processes orders through a dedicated Transaction terminal, providing an interface for both transaction statistics and receipts.

    These screens are all very preliminary and without a lot of polish, focusing primarily on establishing a baseline design system to replicate internally.

    Prescription Management

    This software was built to validate prescriptions and manage the usual back and forth of the validation process more efficiently.

    These screens are a series of iterations experimenting with different layouts, and are all very preliminary, without a lot of polish.
